Both classes are on as normal this week and I'm so excited! 🙌

The weather is looking much cooler, which means no melting on the dance floor this time! 😅☀️➡️🌤️

I can't wait to see everyone, have a laugh, burn some calories and dance our way through another fun-filled class. ❤️

I've had a few people asking about the heat, but don't worry the fans will be on and the hall is actually feeling quite cool! 😊

I've also mixed in a few calmer routines tonight to help keep things comfortable while still getting a great workout. 💪

Please remember to bring:
💧 Plenty of water
🧊 A cool towel if you have one

Let's dance, have fun and work up a sweat together!
