Run by a serving Royal Marine Commando and current rugby professional.

Session 80.

Some big scores listed today in the final scheduled Saturday, so we brought all the equipment outside (in the wind!)

Big thanks for the support on Saturdays throughout the last year, and looking forward to our final scheduled Wednesday session next week - spaces still available!

• Working muscle groups: Arms (biceps & triceps), Shoulders (deltoids), Glutes (gluteus maximus) & Calves (gastrocnemius).
• Extra benefits: Improved cardio vascular endurance, improved hip flexor mobility & burns calories fast!
• Exercise Equipment brief: The assault bike is a tough but great addition to any circuit or workout! The bike uses your whole body and depending on whether you’re using it for intervals or longer periods of time, it can improve your anaerobic and aerobic levels! You also a feel a sense of achievement after using the AB, as most of the workouts can be pretty challenging!

Session 66.

Braved the cold and the wind this morning! Top effort by those who came down and got stuck into plenty of lunges and squats and TABATAs on the assault bike!

Fully booked again on Wednesday but still some spaces going for next Saturdays session!

Session 62.

Lots of ab’s in last nights workout! Brought ‘the Bob’ out for some boxing work on top of the various stations that each work different muscle groups and energy systems for a full body blast!
