Would you prefer to do your workouts at home?
Maybe you don’t want work out with other people, maybe you want to save time.
My online 1-2-1 personal training offers workouts at home either with equipment or without.
You can choose a program where you workout 2, 3 or 4 times per week for either 4,6,8 or 12 weeks. The choice is yours!
You receive a healthy eating plan and I will help and guide you throughout the program.
Once you tell me what your goal is, I can put together your workouts and your own personal eating plan. It’s all normal food from the supermarket, no expensive supplements to buy.
Once we have discussed which program you would like, you simply download the aerofunk App. Fill in your details and we’re good to go.
Each day you log your food and you will get reminders to do your workouts! AND I can see all this so I can help you, motivate you and encourage you.
Also once a week you upload photos so we can both see your progress. And you just message me as and when you need to and likewise I will message you also. If you would like more information, please just message me.
