You done it again .... you powered through them tracks last night .

We did it...... we managed to bounce outside again and that was so nice 🩷!!

Just by turning up and getting that work out going you are keeping us going at ((bounce))Braintree 🥰🥰!!

We welcomed 2 new ladies to the team last night and they were just incredible 🩷🩷!!

I won't be here next week but don't worry Cat will be here!!

⭐️ 15 minute toning section that strengthens your muscles which makes it an all round perfect fitness class!

⭐️ Child Friendly - Any child over the age of 8 years old can be booked onto class and participate with an adult! Great way to keep your children fit, healthy and have fun together.
