Such and amazing weekend in Poland at the International Pilates school Authentic conference 2025.
Learning about and deepening my understanding of the different approaches developed by the Elders carrying on Joe Pilates original work - Cathy Grant, Eve Gentry, Romana Kryzanowska, Lo**ta San Miguel, Ron Fletcher and Carola Trier.
Totally inspired by such amazing 2nd Generation Pilates Legends teaching us how they were taught and sharing such wonderful memories .
Debora Kolwey, Katya Smirnova, Jillian Hessel, Kyris Sabin, Sarita Allen , Michael Fritzke and Ton Voogt.

Had the most amazing weekend at the International Pilates School conference in Poland.

Love Love Love the Whunda Chair such a "wonderful "piece of equipment a different challenge to working on the Reformer or Mat - so excited to be able to offer this Repertoire in my 1-1 sessions.

Final day of Tower course completed 🤩 thank you to the amazing Joanne Cobb for another fantastic course , so informative ,amazing Cues anatomy lessons and just a whole lot of fun also grateful to have crossed paths with such lovely instructors.
So looking forward to teaching the Tower Collection , love how the Tower makes you feel like your body can float on air - think it could be my favorite piece of apparatus yet - barrels course next though😘
