The Hardest But Easiest Monday of the year.

You’re probably thinking what the f@&k you on about but let me explain.
You are buzzing to have some routine back to get back into the gym or start a programme all together but you’ve just had the whole of the festive period off work drinking eating having layins.

Now use that buzz you’ve got again (motivation) to start making daily habits.
- Getting up early
- Going for a walk before work or after
- Doing a early morning workout
- Eating healthy
- Preparing your meals
- Increasing that water intake again
Because this buzz will die down a little bit maybe not for a while week/ month or a year. I’m not being negative just being honest. This is where all the little habits you made when you have been motivated count the most making daily routines that stick things that you never would of normally done.

So if you want to challenge you’re self set that alarm a hour earlier each morning, prepare your food the night before, drink that water you wouldn’t normally do because in 3months 6 months or a year down the line then little habits you made at the start of the year you will thank yourself for
