Saturday 9.00am @ Chapel-en-le-frith Memorial Park

ULTIMATE PUNISHER - BOOTCAMP, not for the faint hearted. Chapel Leisure Centre, 7.30pm £4 per session (sessions must be pre booked, minimum of 4)

* Cert NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) International Personal Trainer, Premiere Global International
* Diploma in Advanced Personal Training
* Active IQ Level 3 CERT PT (CQF)
* Active IQ Level 2 CERT FITNESS INSTRUCTOR (CQF) (GYM)
* BMF (British Military Fitness) Fitness Instructor Level 2
* Emergency First Aid (EFA Training Ltd)
* Leadership in Running Fitness Course - Run England
