Advanced class cover major static spin sequences, including reverse grab! You must be able to phoenix grab for this class as well as ayesha from handspring!

If you want to phoenix, but are not at the point of being able to do the grab, please book any mixed level or intermediate class. We cover the foundations of these elite moves in every class w3 offer!
