We’ve only gone and pulled off a HUGE signing for this Sunday’s charity tournament! 🏏

Joining us as a special guest umpire is none other than Emmerdale star Chris Chittell, better known to millions as the legendary Eric Pollard! 📺👏

When asked why he was getting involved, Chris said he wants to help out in any way he can for 4 fantastic causes. ❤️

However… there is one small problem.

We’ve also been informed that Chris is susceptible to bribes. 👀💷

So, captains of the four teams, you’ve been warned. Get those cheque books ready! 😂💰 We’ll be keeping a very close eye on the umpire’s decisions!

The hosts were restricted to 115 with Muhammad Bilal (sponsored by Oak House Joinery) taking 5 wkts and Brad Schmulian (sponsored by Headingley Golf Club) taking 3 Matty Weston (sponsored by Oxley Block Management) top scored with 25 as we secured the points required to win the League.

The 2nd team beat Pudsey Congs by 91 runs. Ayan Zafar top scored with 59.
