Branshaw GC had a double triumph in the final of the Lawrence Batley seniors this year played at Halifax GC last week. Steve Busfield won the individual title beating a player from Hanging Heaton 4/3. The team beat Crow Nest GC securing the win on the 3rd play off hole.

Captain Duncan Bairstow would like to thank all players who have represented BGC this year and said his most important decisions had been when picking players for the play offs as Branshaw won their Quarter final & Semi finals in similar fashion. A great season and looking forward to competing in the A division next year.

We would like to thank everyone who supported this year's Sponsors Day. A sincere thank you to our main sponsor LWC, along with all of our sponsors, for their continued generosity and commitment to the club.

We would also like to recognise the excellent work of our catering staff for providing a superb carvery and the bar staff for their outstanding service throughout the day.
