The Urban Fitness Club is Bradford's newest Fitness Centre and Gym located in the heart of Bradford inside the iconic and Historic Grade II listed Lister Mills on Heaton Road. The Gym has been exquisitely decorated around exposed Victorian brickwork. The Gym has a fitness area with the latest fitness equipment including Treadmills, bikes and cross trainers. There is also professional weights area

with a wide range of weight machines and a selection of loose weights. The Gym also contains a top of the range sauna and shower facilities. Disabled facilities are also available.
