Off to nottingham for family hugs, then a busy weekend celebrating The Loft Skipton 1st birthday. We've a full day of classes with very limited space.

Can't quite beleive my little studio is a year old! 🥰

One of my favourite things to do is have my feet in the sea.

Apart from Yoga its one of the other things that helps me stay grounded and present.

Bank holiday Sunday was spent with talking rubbish, talking business ideas and plans, whilst also banging our menopausal brains together!

Here to always having each others backs, being each others biggest supporters, always cheering each other on, as friends and as women in business and pushing the boundaries. Cheers me dears!

🎉New class alert 🎉

I am now running chair yoga at Sutton Village Hall 11.30 on a Tuesday.

This class is suitable to anyone who struggles with mobility, or struggles to get up and down from the floor.

This cheeky monkey is one of the reasons life has been quite so hectic in this house.

Hi 👋

Long time no see......

Yhea sorry about that, life got.......complicated..... and social media was the last place I wanted to be.

But I'm still here teaching in all my normal haunts, 👻 still laughing at myself getting left and right the wrong way. (Im right 50% of the time 😅) still looking forward to seeing you at a class. Still hoping to bring some calm to your life, and maybe my own for that hour.

I'll try harder on the socail media side.

If your missing your weekly zen practice with me, come join me in Keighley at 6.30

A steady week of classes with our lovely team, holding the space as always. Please note there is no Saturday class this week as we are away on our French retreat 🇫🇷

All other sessions are running as normal:
Monday 10am, 6pm, 7.15pm
Tuesday 6pm, 6.30pm
Thursday 10am

As always, classes are suitable for mixed levels and you are welcome exactly as you are — whether you want to stretch, breathe, reset, or simply take an hour for yourself.
