❤️ NOT EVERY DANCER NEEDS THE SAME THING

One dancer needs more correction.

Another needs more confidence.

One needs someone to push them.

Another needs permission to slow down.

One needs to hear, "You can do this."

Another needs to hear, "It's okay if you can't yet."

Good teachers understand that treating every student exactly the same isn't always fair.

Fair doesn't always mean identical.

Sometimes the best teaching is figuring out what this particular dancer needs in order to grow.

🎉 Calling all Dance Factory families!

We've been working on something behind the scenes — a brand new studio app to make communication easier for everyone. Registers, class updates, messages, all the bits and pieces that used to live in different forms and inboxes, now in one place.

Before we roll it out properly, we'd love 3–4 families to trial it with us for about a month and tell us honestly what works (and what doesn't!).

We're especially keen to hear from:
A couple of families with younger dancers, where you'd be the one using it on their behalf
A couple of families with older students who have their own phone or device, so we can test their own login too

It's early days, so there may be the odd hiccup — but your feedback will genuinely shape how this works for everyone going forward.
