🏆 CUP SEMI FINAL 🏆
BAFC Girls Supernovas U10 vs Burnham Junior's U10

On Saturday 27th April the BAFC Supernovas played Burnham Juniors in their trophy semi final.

The girls were in great spirits and were strong from the start. The girls kicked off with some brilliant play through midfield, with Gracelyn controlling the middle bagging the first early goal! Passes out to the wings to Florence and Paris created chances for Poppy, who steamed down the pitch sinking another one passed the keeper. The girls continued to play their football, with Isobel, Ruby and Ellie dictating play from the back, with Crezi stopping any shots.
Several more goals from Gracelyn and Poppy from their hard work on the pitch, with one sneaked in from Burnham in the second half, left the girls in the finals 🏆
We are so proud of these girls, stepping up a year group and rising to the challenge every week!
Our RJM Electrical Player of the Match went to Gracelyn for controlling the midfield and dictating play!
Come on Supernovas you absolutely deserve your place in the final and the 🏆

⚽ CHARITY MATCH ⚽ - MANAGER'S vs PARENT'S 🏆

3pm KO - Arrive for 2pm!

BAFC are LAUNCHING their annual Charity football match with the Manager's taking on our Parent's, on Sunday the 12th May. What a spectacle this will be, raising money (£1000 target) for a charity of choice, and playing football (winning team choosing the charity). Come along and show your support!

BAFC End of Season Trophy Presentation🏆
⚽🎉

Sunday see the End of a monumental season for BAFC. Our U7s experiencing grassroots football for the first time and our older teams competing in competitive league football. Overall, all of our amazing teams are developing and pushing to higher levels each week, and are doing well in their respective divisions. Division's high or low, our teams come out smiling each week, eager to play the sport they love!

The Presentation Day, celebrated our teams from U7 - the Men's First. All receiving their participation trophies and managers handing out extras for different achievements within heor teams. We also had our CLUB awards. The BAFC Club awards were created for our unrecognised, unsung heroes within the club who deserve that special recognition. This year's winners are below.

⚽ BAFC FUTSAL ⚽

BAFC are considering hosting FUTSAL sessions.

WHAT IS FUTSAL?
Futsal is the FIFA-recognised form of small-sided indoor football. It is played between two teams who each have five players on the pitch at any one time, with rolling substitutes and a smaller ball than soccer that is harder and less bouncy.
The small amount of space means players use great technique and skills.

WOULD MY CHILD BENEFIT?
Futsal improves players decision making skills and provides then with more touches on the ball. the heavier ball increases the power of players as well as developing the confidence in players to go 1v1 against their opponent. BAFC believes this will have great impact on your child's development too for their grassroots teams.
