See you on Saturday for acro and Ariel classes and next week for all dance classes. We hope you’ve had a restful summer and are looking forward to coming back into the studio to start the new academic year with us.⭐️

Everything about this moment makes us smile 😃

The celebration of all we achieved in that performance, in the months leading up to it, in the years building and in the dreams we never gave up on in the tough moments.

Seeing the emotions in the seniors who have grown up through the school adding another core memory to their childhood as they slowly phase into their next chapter.

The pure joy and excitement in the little ones who are fully invested in the occasion and celebrations.

Watching the teeny tots experience this for the very first time. Surprised, unaware of what it really means but having the best time.

🤍20 YEARS OF 1, 2 Step Dance Academy 🤍

Twenty years ago, in 2006, a dream became a reality… and what an incredible journey it has been.

Today, we celebrate not just an anniversary, but 20 years of memories, friendships, achievements, laughter, performances, and thousands of young people who have danced through our doors.

To every student who has ever worn our uniform, every parent who has trusted us, every teacher, teaching assistant, volunteer, backstage helper, chaperone, supporter and friend… thank you. You have all played a part in shaping the story of 1, 2 Step Dance Academy, and we are so grateful to each and every one of you.

Our vision has always been simple: to create a welcoming, inclusive place where every child can experience the joy of dance, build confidence, make lifelong friendships and create unforgettable memories. Seeing that vision continue to thrive 20 years later is something we are incredibly proud of.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also look ahead with excitement. Here’s to the next chapter, the next generation of dancers, and many more years of inspiring, encouraging and dancing together.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to 20 amazing years and many more to come.
