Our next yoga sessions will run on Saturday the 27th of June @ Forest Park Community Centre Bracknell. 🧘‍♀️

Spaces are available for the later 10:45 to 11:30 session for ages 8-13 years. Parents also welcome as participants. 😊

We love exploring new ways to play around with our breath. 🌺

As well as being lots of fun, it can help children (and adults) develop an awareness of their own breathing which can help in stress management and calming anxiety. 🤌🏻

Our breath is with us wherever we go so what a gift for children to know that it can be used to help manage difficult emotions. 🫶

Our monthly Saturday morning sessions run on the last Saturday of the month at Forest Park Community Centre Bracknell.

Each session includes breath play, postures explored through games and partner practices, mindfulness and relaxation. (Everyone’s favourite 😉)
