Becoming a karate black belt is so much more than kicking high or punching through wood, it's about the development of the character. It was wonderful to see this great volunteering work by a brown belt working towards his black belt, demonstrating a positive contribution to his community. Well done!

Our students have had a cracking few lessons.. sadly the creme eggs did not.

But first we had our black trousers for sustainability and inclusion, but now we have trousers to match your belts! Show off your grade in style, bring a flair of Colour to your karate! Huge CONGRATULATIONS to Sensei Daniel who smashed The Drop today..... blindfolded and stripped of all technology, driven 15 miles out of London and given a 5 hour cutoff to make it back. And he breezed back in well under 3 hours, in 2nd place having run just over 21 miles. Sensei Gillian chooses the best Christmas presents 😂

Lessons on as normal, guaranteed to be a legs week!

We don't just work hard in the dojo, a group of slightly (mad) keen members meet up every other Sunday for an outdoor fitness session...today was a leisurely botany lesson.. holly = spikey!! Best to avoid sensitive places!
