Block & Counter Karate Club BCK is a Shotokan karate club based in Bracknell. We offer lessons for children aged 5+ in a relaxed and friendly environment.

BCK is a small club based in Bracknell, and part of the KSKC clubs. We teach Shotokan karate to children aged 4 and above and offer regular opportunities to progress through the grading system. Lessons take place at Wildridings Primary School, Netherton, Bracknell, RG12 7DX on Monday evenings. Lessons focus on building skills in key areas such as confidence, control and self discipline and are del

ivered using a mixture of fun games and exercises whilst focussing on the traditional values of karate. We teach through individual work, partner work and pad work. Lessons are fun and offer an excellent way to increase physical strength, develop confidence and make new friends. Lessons are £6.25 and fees are payable termly in advance. We take safeguarding very seriously and all new members will be asked to read and agree to our Safeguarding code of conduct. What an eventful day! Huge congratulations to everyone who graded today, not least the "Awesome Foursome" who battled with determination to earn their black belts.
