Yoga with Steph Bringing yoga to all levels in the Bracknell community. I moved to England from Canada in June 2019. I'm excited to bring my experience here to share with you!

Over the past 12 years, I've taught over 1200 yoga classes of varying levels.

Hi yogis,

Tonight is the last Tuesday night Hatha class until mid-October.
Friday afternoon Chair class will continue from now to 5th September (except for 15th August).
Come on out!

Interested in Yoga? Local affordable classes taught by an experienced instructor at St. Paul’s Church, next to the shops in Harmans Water, lots of free parking at the church.

Hatha Yoga for all levels on Tuesdays from 7:30-8:30pm, starting 7th January. £6 drop-in or pre-register for all 4 classes in January for £20.

Chair Yoga on Fridays from 2:00-2:45pm, started 3rd January. £5 drop-in.

New students can have their first class for free any time in the month of January.

Hello yogis and yoginis (that’s you!)

Just wanted to let you know, in case you were planning on coming, that I’ve cancelled tonight’s class because I’m sick. Tuesday night classes will resume on 8th October (mark your calendars!)

Tomorrow’s class at the sports centre will be covered by the lovely Lisa.

Hello everyone,
I hope that you’re having a lovely weekend!

Just wanted to let you know that we only have 3 Tuesday classes in June (4th, 11th & 25th).
If you’d like to pre-register, you can for just £15. It’ll be your last chance to do that for a while since we’re taking a break for Summer, and September (while I’m in Canada). No pressure though, if you’d prefer to drop-in, that works too.
