We are incredibly proud to celebrate the amazing achievements of our young martial artists at !

These students began their Martial Arts journey back in early 2022—nearly four years of dedication, hard work, and consistent effort. Earning a Brown Belt is no small milestone. It represents focus, resilience, and a commitment to growing both on and off the mats.

A huge thank you to all the parents for your continued support, encouragement, and belief in your children. Your involvement plays a massive role in their progress, confidence, and success. 👏❤️

At our Kids Martial Arts Programme, students don’t just learn punches, kicks, and techniques—they learn to:

Empowered kids don’t just “get confident” – they train for it. 💪

In our Kids classes, children learn more than punches and kicks. They learn how to:

🥋 Stand tall and set healthy boundaries
🥋 Stay calm and think clearly under pressure
🥋 Recognise unsafe situations and make safer choices
🥋 Show respect, discipline, and leadership – in and out of class

Martial arts gives young people a safe space to push their limits, overcome challenges, and discover, “I can do hard things.”

That confidence follows them into school, friendships, and everyday life.

What a day! Massive congratulations to all our young warriors who passed their gradings – from yellow belts right through to brown belts.

The hard work, focus, and determination you’ve shown on the mats really paid off. You didn’t just earn new belts – you’ve built real confidence, resilience, and life-saving self-defence skills.

Huge thank you to our instructors for their support and to all the parents for cheering the kids on and being part of our community.

This is what 123 Martial Arts is all about: learning to stay safe, getting fighting fit, and building strong, confident young people in a friendly, no-ego environment.
