ONE-MINUTE DESK PILATES
If you spend most of your day seated at you desk and suffer from muscle tension this space is for you.
GET READY
- place both feet firmly on the floor (remove high heels)
- lengthen the spine, pulling top of pulling top of your head to ceiling
- engage core muscles
EXERCISE 1: UPPER BACK
- place forearms on the desk
- head nods: inhale lift face up, exhale tuck chin and look down (3x)
- head turns: inhale turn head to one side, exhale return to centre; repeat to other side (3x)
