When I first took up Pilates this was an unexpected benefit that Pilates brought to me.

A demanding job, my Pilates class gave me an hour of surprising calm. Use of breath, controlled focussed movements, there was no time to think of other things but you and your movements during the class.

If you want a weekly de-stress time whilst moving, Pilates is for you.
