Here’s how we get people mastering the squat at LB⬆️
Find out what works best for you
It may be that loading up a goblet squat fits better and is just easier in a busy gym
This can be done with a dumbbell, kettlebell or plate
It will give you lots of strength and confidence before even needing to touch a barbell or go near the squat rack area. Its also easily done at home🙏🏼
There are many more variations which we go through with our clients depending on what their needs and wants are
