Here’s how we get people mastering the squat at LB⬆️

Find out what works best for you

It may be that loading up a goblet squat fits better and is just easier in a busy gym

This can be done with a dumbbell, kettlebell or plate

It will give you lots of strength and confidence before even needing to touch a barbell or go near the squat rack area. Its also easily done at home🙏🏼

There are many more variations which we go through with our clients depending on what their needs and wants are

Check this story out…👏

This lady took the jump and joined us after going through a difficult period in her life and wanting to make a big positive change

We got to work, on small improvements here and there and before we knew it…

A combination of weekly check-ins with her
coach, the reassurance and support from the community, it helped keep her accountable, resulting in losing 12kg inside her first year at LB🚀

She has now lost 4 stone whilst not cutting anything out or living at the gym 5 days a week

How did she do it?

Member Of The Month of May🏆

This month’s LB legend is...Stacey, and here’s why

When we first spoke, Stace was:
😤Suffering from a bad knee injury
👎🏼Lacked confidence in daily activities
😡Scared if she would ever play sports again

Well in 6 months this is what she has achieved…

She is now tons fitter, stronger and confident with a return to court to be very soon🎾
Everyday movements now completely normal and capable of picking up her 30kg pup🐶
And a by-product of all of this she is now 4kg lighter👏🏼

How did she achieve it?

- 2 weekly expertly coached sessions at LB whilst still in a group setting
- Daily rehab to do at home on non-training days prescribed by us
- Weekly check-ins with her assigned coach to stay focused and aligned with her goals

We’re incredibly proud of you Stace and so happy to see you do so well in quite a short time frame considering the injury
