There’s an art to coaching that a lot of people miss.
It’s not about throwing random exercises together or just making people tired. Anyone can do that.
It’s not even just about good technique. That should be a given for any coach.
The real art of coaching is assessment in real time.
Reading someone the moment they walk through the door.
How they’re moving.
How they’re speaking.
How they’re carrying themselves.
Do they need to be pushed today?
Do they need encouragement and reassurance?
Do they need an exercise adjusted to get more from it, not less?
Great coaching adapts to the person, not the plan.
That skill only comes from years of observation, experience, and actually caring about the human in front of you , not just the workout on the whiteboard.
That’s the difference between a Kore group PT session and a typical gym class.
We coach the person, not the class.
