Be a paddle pro whatever the weather with these top tips ✨💪

- Bend your knees for extra stability. This lowers your centre of gravity while keeping the power gained from standing up.

- Placing your feet at the edge of the board makes you less likely to fall in.

- Stand further back on the board. This allows the nose of the board to lift slightly out of the water, making it easier for you to move forwards.

- Keep your gaze forward. Looking at your wobbling board will make you wobble too! Set your sights on the horizon, or a fixed structure ahead.

- Use your feet to steer the board. By adding pressure to either side, you can help guide the board and better navigate the waves.
