Blue Triangle Badminton Club

Blue Triangle Badminton Club We are a friendly club of men, ladies and juniors (16+) with 4 teams in local ‘doubles’ badminto On Mondays we start at 7.30 and on Fridays we start at 8pm.

We play throughout the year and have clubnights on Mondays and Fridays. During the match season, from September to April we normally have a home match each Monday but still have 2 courts available for club use. We have 3 teams in the Manchester Badminton League (Divisions 2 and 3) and one team in Stockport Division 1. We have an annual membership fee (currently £100) with concessions for juniors.

We pay a clubnight fee each time we play (£4) and have match fees for both home and away matches of £4. Visitors are always welcome to come along to a few club night sessions before deciding if they would like to join the club. The visitor fee is £6

Hi everyone,

Just to you know that tomorrow (2nd November) is the Bowdon Cricket Club’s Firework Display.

A lot of people park on Marlborough Road and it is usually very difficult to drive down the road with cars on both sides and space in the normal car park may also be limited.

It is therefore recommended that as in previous years you use the rear entrance and drive through to park in the playground near the all weather courts.

Access is via Heath Road - see attached map, which is either the last road on the right before the crossing @ Hale Station coming from Altrincham or the first road on the left after the crossing coming from Hale.

You will see the entrance down there on the right - ignore any signs tga5 say you shouldn’t have access and drive alongside the field into the playground.

The Grammar have confirmed that the rear gates will be open for us all evening.
