Junior Coach- Working towards Level 1

I have been involved in gymnastics since the age of two and began competing in South West competitions from the age of nine. Between the ages of nine and 13, I competed successfully in British Gymnastics Copper level artistic gymnastics.

Gymnastics has always been a huge part of my life, and I was dedicated to developing my skills and achieving my goals. The commitment, discipline, and passion I gained through the sport are qualities I now bring to my coaching. I hope to inspire the same enthusiasm, confidence, and dedication in the gymnasts I coach, helping them to enjoy the sport while reaching their full potential.

I have been involved in gymnastics since I was six and have been competing across the country since the age of nine. I continue to train and compete at county level, allowing me to share my passion and experience with the gymnasts I coach.

I love helping young gymnasts develop and I am passionate about supporting each child to build their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport. Seeing gymnasts improve, achieve their goals, and have fun in every session is the most rewarding part of coaching for me.

I have been involved in gymnastics since I was six years old, and it has been a fantastic way for me to build confidence, develop new skills, and make lasting friendships. I started coaching three years ago, and I love sharing my passion for the sport with others.

Watching gymnasts learn new skills, grow in confidence, and develop their abilities is incredibly rewarding. Seeing their hard work pay off and helping them achieve their goals is what I enjoy most about coaching.

I participated in gymnastics for 13 years, and the confidence, resilience, and personal growth I gained from the sport were invaluable. The coaches who supported and inspired me throughout my journey had a huge impact on my development, and they motivated me to become a coach myself.

I aspire to provide the same encouragement and support that I received. Watching gymnasts grow in confidence, develop new skills, and achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding. I love sharing the knowledge and experience I gained as a gymnast, helping each child reach their potential and enjoy their own gymnastics journey.

LEVEL 3 Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, Level 2 Trampolining

I’ve been doing gymnastics ever since the age of 5 where my passion for gymnastics began as a TeamGym gymnast, where I competed extensively across the country and had the incredible opportunity to travel to Finland for the World Gymnaestrada, proudly helping to represent Great Britain. I now have over 13 years of coaching experience, with the last 9 years dedicated to Goldstar.

Throughout my coaching career, I have trained a number of talented gymnasts who have progressed through levels and gone on to compete nationwide. I take great pride in supporting athletes to develop both their skills and confidence in a positive and encouraging environment.

In addition to my gymnastics coaching, I has spent the last five years teaching PE in primary schools. This experience has strengthened my ability to engage young learners, build fundamental movement skills, and create inclusive, enjoyable environments where children can develop confidence and a lifelong love of sport.
