As we step into 2026, I’m taking a moment to reintroduce myself.
For me, 2026 feels less about a New Me and more about New Year, Same me!
Same me, but with a clearer vision, more growth, more purpose, more consistency, and more meaning behind every intention.
Whether you’ve followed my work and journey for a long time or you’re new here, let me tell reintroduce myself:
Most days, you’ll find me in the gym, working one to one with clients to get them to their goals. Building strength, confidence and sustainable habits. For some that looks like working towards new personal bests in lifting weights or running; for others it looks like living well into later life, with sessions centred around functional movement and ensuring independence at every age; and others, it’s about prioritising health and wellness around their busy professional and family lives.
Out of the gym, you’ll see colleagues of mine or myself delivering first aid, which I believe is a vital skill for everyone. We empower those we teach to act confidently and give them the skills to help in a first aid emergency. Ultimately building safer and more prepared communities.
Well Run continues to grow! As co-director, I am proud to be building a community centred around running and creating experiences for people to connect and work towards common goals where inclusivity, encouragement and enjoyment is as important as performance.
On a personal level, I am turning 30 this year and I find myself considering my own goals. In 2026, I’ll be working towards more physical challenges that impact my health positively whilst prioritising balance and continued personal growth for sustainable and long term wellbeing.
As we enter 2026, the same me will be here, consistently working towards growth for myself and everyone I work with.
