Designed for your wellbeing as well as your baby's, these sessions encourage meaningful connection and bonding.

It was an evening that touched so many of our hearts. The sound and rhythm seemed to reach a place deep within us where love naturally resonates. Tears flowed as we felt a deep longing to return to that space. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ•‰๏ธ

Some experiences simply cannot be put into words.

True beauty lies within the soul. While the body is ever-changing, the soul is timelessโ€”an enduring presence that holds everything together.

How do you define beauty? To me, beauty is the profound expression of the essence of the universeโ€”the quiet intelligence that flows through all of life.

This retreat was a beautiful reminder of that truth. Surrounded by presence, connection, and simplicity, happiness arose naturally. When we slow down and appreciate the little things, every moment becomes sweeter, richer, and more beautiful.

Our beautiful retreat in Gozo coincided with the June new moon, creating the perfect space for reflection, renewal, and new beginnings.

We honoured the new moon with a new moon meditation and an inner wisdom journey. Through sound healing and Yoga Nidra, we gently descended into the deeper layers of our psyche, planting the seeds of our intentions in the subtlest levels of our being.

As the sun set we gathered around the fire to release what no longer serves us, making space to welcome a new cycle with openness and clarity.

One of the highlights of our retreat was our daily swim after yoga in the emerald green, crystal clear waters of a secluded private beach. Immersed in natureโ€™s beauty, we experienced a deep sense of peace, presence, and connection with our surroundings.

Weโ€™ve just completed a New Moon inward journey of renewal in Gozo.

Held between the radiance of the Summer Solstice and the stillness of the New Moon, this retreat became a space of both celebration and reflection, honouring the balance between outward light and inward quiet.

We gathered in circle for ๐๐ž๐ฐ ๐Œ๐จ๐จ๐ง ๐ฆ๐ž๐๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, moved through ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ก๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  with singing bowls, and sat around the fire, ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ž ๐œ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฒ to honour release and letting go.

A time to dedicate ourselves to presence, allowing life to be exactly as it is, without needing to shape or hold it.

There was something deeply liberating about stepping into the ocean, softening into the unknown, and returning to something more honest and free.

Between sun and moon, expansion and stillness, we remember: we are both.

We are so excited to finally share our space with you, a place where movement meets mindfulness, and every session brings you closer to the best version of yourself. ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿชท

It has been four months since we first opened our door, and it has been wonderful to witness this community grow, seeing each personโ€™s journey unfold and their practice evolve in its own unique way. Itโ€™s also been lovely to see our community begin to settle in and for the studio starts feeling like home.

Our studio is a space dedicated to yoga, connection, and the many holistic practices that support wellbeing and healing. Every corner of this space has been shaped by the people who gather here, studied here, and grow here.

Every piece of the decoration and art in the studio actually comes with a story.

We are still at the beginning of our journey, and weโ€™re excited to continue building a welcoming community where everyone can explore, deepen, and grow together.
