Welcome to our rhythmic gymnastics world! Children age 4 and up embark on a journey of grace, flexibility, and strength, guided by our UKCC-qualified coaches.

Reception Rhythmic Gymnastics | Ages 4–5 💗

A fun and engaging introduction to rhythmic gymnastics for children aged 4–5 who are ready to participate independently without parents in the hall.

Our Reception classes provide a supportive first step into structured gymnastics training, helping children build the skills and confidence to progress into our Foundation Programme.

September Trial Month
📅 Monday: 5:00–6:00 pm
📅 Wednesday: 6:00–7:00 pm
📅 Thursday: 5:00–6:00 pm
📅 Friday: 4:30–5:30 pm

💗 Children participate independently — parents do not stay in the hall.

💛 Strong Results Begin with the Right Foundations✨

We are so proud of the progress our young gymnasts are making. 👏

We never rush flexibility, but we often see strong progress in a relatively short time because we focus on correct technique from the very beginning.

Children are like a blank canvas. The movement patterns they learn at the start of their training can stay with them for years.

That is why we carefully teach every detail, focusing on correct alignment and technique in every exercise.

Correct technique is not only the key to better results. It also supports each child’s long-term health, safety and physical development.

Our aim is to develop gymnasts who are strong, flexible, well-aligned and healthy.

We do not chase results — we build them carefully, step by step. ✨

At Inspiration Rhythmic Gymnastics, we inspire children to become confident performers, bringing every movement to life with creativity, emotion and artistry.
