I think sometimes people put too much pressure on themselves to feel good all the time.
Some days you’re just off a bit. More tired, more in your head, less motivated. It happens.
Doesn’t always mean you’re depressed, failing, lazy or suddenly lost in life.
A lot of the time you just need to recognise it for what it is instead of feeding it all day.
I’ve noticed the simple things usually help the most anyway. Getting outside, moving, eating properly, seeing mates, having a slower day, less noise.
Then half the time you wake up the next day feeling completely different.



That’s more what wellness feels like to me.

It’s strange how someone can want change so badly…and still move in the same patterns every day.

Same routines.Same reactions.Same avoidance.Same lack of direction.

Desire on its own doesn’t really change much.Action does.Structure does.Awareness does.

Most people don’t need more information.They need a better relationship with themselves and a system they can actually follow consistently.

That’s the side of coaching I care about most.

Something different to do with friends.

Good space, good people, and a chance to slow things down for a bit.

The Halora team have created a great experience. It’s easy to overlook how much a change of environment can shift how you feel. Warm air, salt in the air, breathing a bit deeper, letting the body actually relax.

Good for the lungs, good for the skin, but more than that, just good to switch off for a minute.

Had a laugh, sat in a bit of quiet, no rush, no noise.

Simple, but you come out feeling better.
