I am currently gaining a degree in Sport Psychology and Coaching Sciences and have an Active IQ Level 2 qualification in Gym/Fitness Instructing. I have been working at The Gym in Bournemouth as part of a 40-week industrial placement, where I have learnt loads about principles of training and working with all sorts of people with all sorts of abilities. I know how difficult getting fit and healthy

Here comes the turn of the new year. For some this will be a time of great change and personal development. Not just physically but mentally and spiritually. I don't know if you've noticed it as much as me, I know many individuals are now onboard with this shift in consciousness and collectively society is changing and even evolving for the better. But in order to be onboard you will need to find the balance between physical, mental and spiritual health. Good luck everyone! You can do! 150 Likes! Thanks guys, for getting me off to a good start! Going to be getting everything up and running by next summer hopefully. Booking myself on to a Level 3 Person Trainer course as soon as I have got my degree in Sport Psychology and Coaching Sciences.
