Hey!!! Lee is going to be doing an open mat from Sunday 11th at 11am at Ippon gym, here are the details!!....
From 11th November
11:00-12:30

Ladies Only Training.
£5 (Free for Ippon membership holders)

This will be an opportunity to train and roll with other girls.

Season will be run in this format:

•Light Warm Up

•Movement Drills

•Technique sharpening (open forumn giving chance to work on any specifc techniques / work out details or if no-one has any suggestions I will have a technique of the day to practice).

•Sparing.

•Cool down.

Women from any affiliation welcome.

Beginners also especially welcome (bring a friend!)

Plan is to run this on a monthly basis.

Congratulations to Eleine and Weronika on their medals today!!
Eleine step out for the first time to compete and after two great fights she finished with a silver medal. Weronika is back after a hard time and a long break and got gold. Ippon Ladies Bjj is going strong!!
