1-2-1 tai chi and yoga tuition Okinawan Bodywork Dynamics (OBWD) is a hands on method of treatment providing relief to various conditions, in a natural and holistic way, by stimulating the body's own repair mechanisms. This is done by using techniques such as: Acupressure, stretching, Shiatsu and regular massa

ge to aid the recipient in the three "R's" of bodywork: to "relax, release and rejuvenate". The treatment is given, in most cases, with the receiver lying or sitting on a rug. The techniques are applied through the clothing to ensure the client feels comfortable at all times. OBWD can help relieve symptoms such as: back ache, stiff neck/shoulders, joint pain, migraine, impotence, arthritis, sciatica and insomnia to name but a few.

We have another beginner's Tai Chi class starting on April 18th in Southbourne.

We're delighted to announce a Tai chi qigong workshop for beginners and experienced practitioners which will take place at Bournemouth School for Girls, Castle Lane on May 13th between 9.45am-1pm.

This is a Tai chi qigong health and wellness spring workshop and the morning will include :

- Stimulating tai chi - qigong exercise to awaken the body

- Self qigong massage to open energy gates

- Breathing to cleanse the lungs

- Qigong meditation

The workshop costs just £25 per person.

There will be tea / coffee and cake included in interval :-)

Great news! We've launched a Tai Chi class on Friday (next class is on the 11th March) from 9.30-10.45am at The Kinson Community Centre BH10 7LH.

The best bit is......your first class is FREE.

You can come and try out the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong with no obligation.

All ages and abilities welcome. Relaxed, friendly class. No uniform required..........Just a smile :-)
