Today it’s been an absolute pleasure for us at Universal Mindfulness to be running our Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Neuroscience and Well-being day with the wonderful dancers at First Position School of Dance . With the procedures in place and our COVID-19 risk assessments and certificates done we are ready to go.😊
