We are bringing Boxing & Fitness to select summer camps this year. Spaces are limited, so pre-book now to guarantee your child's spot at no extra cost other than the usual holiday club fee.

Heatwave Information ☀️

With the extreme heat wave forecasted for this week, we are prioritising the safety and well-being of all the children. We want to keep them active and having fun, but we are making some essential adjustments to our club sessions to keep everyone safe and cool.

Here is our game plan for the week:

🔄 Skill Focus sessions with less running:
We will be limiting heavy physical exertion. For our sports clubs, this means we will be refocusing our attention on skill development and technical drills rather than instensity.

❌ NO Tag Games:
Tag and chase games are usually used to warm up and no one needs a warm-up in this weather!

💧 Extra Water Breaks:
We will be taking frequent, extended hydration breaks much like the World Cup (lasting 3–5 minutes) to ensure everyone stays properly hydrated. Please send your child with a large, full water bottle!

🌳 Seeking the Shade:
We will be moving sessions into shaded areas wherever possible or heading inside a hall if there is one available.

🧢 Sun Protection is a Must:
Please ensure your child arrives wearing sunscreen and a sun hat. Also, please make sure they leave their jackets/hoodies at home, it's strictly light clothing only this week!

Thank you all for your support in keeping the kids safe while they learn and play. As much as the weather is lovely to be out in, we need to take some caution ✅
