New Training Block
Starts Monday
3 strength sessions a week. One goal: get stronger and build muscle.
This training block combines Olympic lifting, strength work, and functional fitness to develop well-rounded athleticism.
We’ll be focusing on improving the Sn**ch, Clean & Jerk, Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift while using accessory work to build muscle, improve movement quality, and reduce weaknesses.
Strength isn’t just about lifting heavier weights—it’s about becoming a more capable athlete both inside and outside the gym.
