Myself and a few others are taking part in a charity Plane Pull in August.
We are raising money for a truly incredible cause.

Well…….
I went, but did not conquer.
Great Glen Paddle Challenge] was always going to be tough for an inexperienced paddle boarder.
I took this on for the mental challenge over the physical (that’s not to say the physical wasn’t bloody tough, especially for those that did day 2)
For me paddle boarding is a leisurely stroll, grab a coffee, have a chat🤣
And I can’t say I overly enjoy it……. So why take it on?
Because thought I’d like it 🤔
Plus it’s something I’ve never done….. there’s the challenge.

I managed 26km which is 16km more than I’ve ever paddled before.
So I feel like I’ve accomplished something for myself, even though I didn’t complete day 1.

The whole crew Vanessa, Phil, Andy, Maria & Lou were amazing and at times a pleasure to spend time with 🤣
We laughed, we ate, we shared (sometimes too much)…….🤪
How often can you bring strangers together and instantly bond as a team?

It may be a little soon to ask if I’d do it again just yet. Give me 6 months.

Great Glen Paddle Challenge] you put on an incredible event.
Bringing people together from up and down the country and all over the world.
Your values are amazing, just come, paddle, support and enjoy.

WHAT MORE CAN WE SAY………

There will never be enough words to describe how incredibly proud we are of everyone that ‘turned up’ through our 25 hour RIDEathon.

Everyone who rode, donated, bought snacks, coffee, offered support and generally got behind us……
WE THANK YOU ☺️

When Paul Perdrisat] and made the decision to do something that could get everyone involved, no matter of age or fitness levels to raise money for & , we didn’t expect to get so many of you RIDEing and because of you guys, donations are now over £1400 and miles riden were over 1800.

Bums may be sore, legs may be tired but it’s worth it when you’re helping others.

You did that,

the Elev8u family.

Big shout outs to and crew for building the studio,
Paul Perdrisat] for making it look as it does,
.fithappy for teaching not only her first RIDE class but then going on to teach 3 more with absolutely cracking tunes.
for bringing us Movies and more and always bringing the fun.

Everyone that kept us fuelled before, during and after.

Everyone that gave up their sleep so the bikes kept going through the night to build the mileage.

Everyone that took part in a class and bought the energy to our RIDES.

EXCITING NEWS…….

To celebrate the launch of our new Cycle Studio, we have decided to do a 25 hour charity RIDE.

Elev8u will offer back to back classes from 9am-12.00
on 19th August, then we are asking for volunteers to give up a minimum of an hour of their time to clock up the kilometres.
We will resume classes from
5-8 on the Friday and then RIDE through the night until our class finale from 7am - 10am on Saturday 20th.

Our classes are for everyone to come and try.
All we ask is a minimum £10 donation to raise funds for our two chosen charity’s, &

Booking for sessions ARE OPEN NOW on the Team Up App.
