**I need to start looking after myself**
This is a phrase most of us would have heard if not said.
However as we get older it is even more important, there’s the obvious benefits to your heart and weight that comes with training but also even more beneficial is the positive effect it has on your body’s hormones.
The main natural changes we will face can all be improved by regular exercise.
Guys - unfortunately from about 35 we drop around 1% of testosterone per year, the effect this has on the body can be huge and normally negative
Ladies - The menopause, completely natural but this also comes with a lot of negatives
By regular training you can improve your body’s hormone balance and ultimately stay healthier for longer.
This is something I am really keen on promoting as I have seen the effects it has had on current clients.
