3F Gym invites you to participate in our upcoming Ladies Muay Thai classes, held on Wednesdays at 10:30 am and Saturdays at 10:00 am.

Our 30-day introductory package, priced at £30, grants you access to these specialized classes, our full range of gym equipment, and supplementary sessions at Wassmuffin Martial Arts.

Something new is coming to 3F Gym.

We’re excited to introduce a new Muay Thai collaboration here at 3F Gym with Michael from Wassmuffin Martial Arts

Michael has been building a strong Muay Thai community for years, and we thought it would be a great opportunity to work together and bring his coaching and structure into the 3F timetable.

From Wednesday 18th March, we’ll be adding new Muay Thai classes to the schedule and to start things off we’re offering two separate 30-day introductory courses for new members.

Ladies Intro Course – £30 for 30 days

This includes:
• Wednesday 10:30 AM – Ladies Muay Thai (with Lottie)
• Saturday 10:30 AM – Ladies Muay Thai (with Becky)
• Full access to 3F Gym equipment during open gym hours

You’ll also have access to the Wassmuffin morning and lunchtime sessions:

Mon / Tue / Thu / Fri – 9:30 AM
Mon – 12:30 PM
Wed – 12:30 PM
Sun – 10:00 AM

Mixed Muay Thai Intro – £30 for 30 days

• Wednesday 7:30 PM – Mixed class (all levels) with Michael
• Full access to 3F Gym equipment during open gym hours

This option also includes access to the same Wassmuffin morning and lunchtime sessions listed above.

Existing 3F Gym members and Wassmuffin members are also welcome to attend the new Muay Thai classes as part of their current memberships.

This is just the beginning. Once the first month gets going and we see the demand, we’ll be adding more evening classes to the timetable.
