Hi all,

We are a local sports coaching company in the Poole, Bournemouth and surrounding areas. We offer 1-2-1 as well as GROUP classes for GYMNASTICS and FOOTBALL! We are now also offering PERSONAL TRAINING sessions and each session can be tailored to your needs and goals, whether that is losing weight, building muscle or improving cardiovascular endurance we can help you with whatever you need!

And we are live! You can now officially book your Gymnastics or Football lessons with JFGA Coaching as well as 1-2-1 or small group sessions starting in September.

To book, please visit our page: jfga-coaching.class4kids.co.uk select the class you wish for your child to attend and follow the instructions.

Training tonight with u14 pathway development Goalkeeper Alfie. Working on his Flexibility, core strength, agility and explosive jumping!

Max's 2nd session in 2 days! Did very well to keep going in this heat!!!

First 1-2-1 football session for Max today! Working on his dribbling, shooting and a bit of goalkeeping too! Loved it so much he's booked in again for tomorrow. We'll done Max!!!!! ⚽️⚽️

First 1-2-1 Gymnastics lesson for the girls today in the sun! Practising some Handstands, Cartwheels and rolling amongst other bits! Well done girls and hope you enjoyed it girls!
