Dips can be a difficult movement to execute
Particularly if you have elbow or shoulder issues
But there is a way around it
The problem why you get shoulder issues is due to the loading of the joint in this vertical position and the torque around the joint
By using a bench we eliminate these 2 variables by changing the path of resistance
