Six years ago two brothers started Shaw Golf right here in Bournemouth with an idea, a love for golf and a belief that golf clothing could be different.

No big team. No huge budget. Just a vision, a lot of late nights and a determination to build something that people would actually want to wear.

Since then, we’ve grown, evolved, made mistakes… PLENTY OF MISTAKES 😂, learned, created some incredible pieces, had our clothing worn by Premier League footballers, been featured at The Open and most importantly, built a community around the brand.

Now it’s time for the next chapter.

New direction. New designs. New energy. Same passion.

From Bournemouth to wherever you tee it up, this is more than just golf clothing. It’s about confidence, individuality and enjoying the game your way.

This video has honestly changed the way I look at goalkeeping and for about the hundredth time, it’s also changed my mind about retiring. 😂 I’m an old f**k, after all.

and are both very good friends of mine. I’ve been lucky enough to work with them both, share the golf course with them and build a great friendship with them away from football too. I’m really looking forward to seeing them both at the end of the month 🇵🇹 ☀️

But this video really, really hit home for me this year.

After all the chaos of the last year, I had decided to call time on playing. And if I’m being completely honest, I’d lost a lot of confidence as a keeper. I absolutely love my Gk coaching, but when I put this video together with everything I’ve learned over the last year, both from playing and coaching, it became a no-brainer for me to get back out there and do what I enjoy 🧤

Having a manager who believed in me and gave me his trust made a huge difference too ❤️

Getting back out there was a massive tick in the box for me and now the season starts tomorrow 👀

So I’m very, very thankful to for this video. It genuinely changed my mindset.

And for all the goalkeepers out there: do the basics right. Be a six. Be solid.

You don’t always have to make the worldies or save the impossible. Get the basics right. Be consistent. Be solid.
