Lincs Elite Cheer is a non-profit organisation, a true unified county level elite cheerleading team dedicated to providing amazing opportunities for our most talented athletes in the Lincolnshire area. It’s a team to showcase the most talented athletes, whose skills may surpass the level of their local competitive team, to join the collaborative team in addition to continuing their training with their weekly team.

We hope to provide these exceptionally talented athletes with opportunities they may not have previously accessed before, particularly with regards to International travel. We plan to frequently invite top level professional, guest coaches from all over the UK and World to come and work with the athletes and to enable them to learn and continue their development.

Junior and Senior teams will be made up of a max of 16 athletes in each team with an additional 4 alternative places (alternates will be part of the development stream). Our development stream is where the vast majority of our athletes for Team Lincs Elite will be chosen from alongside team tryouts.

Over the course of the 2021 season we will be running camps on selected dates for our all-important development stream and our current Lincs Elite junior and senior team. Coaches can submit athletes they feel worthy of joining the county team, and enable their athletes to continue a rapid progression that they may not be receiving at their home gym. Tryouts will take place at the end of July 2021 for the new 2021/2022 season in which a collaboration of top industry judges from outside of Lincolnshire to ensure fairness will select the final team placements.
