🚨 Exciting Announcement! 🚨

Hey everyone! 🌟

I wanted to let you all know that I’ll be taking a short break from teaching our in-person mum and baby fitness classes in Westbourne. But don’t worry, it’s for a fantastic reason! 💪

I’m diving into building a website and learning digital marketing to bring you something even bigger and better. 🎉 I have some amazing ideas for an online platform that will include:

✨ Pre and Post Natal Fitness videos
🍎 Nutrition tips & recipes
📝 A blog full of inspiring content
🤝 Collaborations with local businesses

I’m so excited to embark on this journey and can’t wait to share it with you all. Stay tuned for updates, and thank you for your continued support!

🎶Nursery Rhyme Fitness 🎶

Each Mum Strength class includes a nursery rhyme fitness song for the little ones to be included in our workout!

I'm looking forward to this mornings class!

It's amazing to help all of you amazing mums to feel strong and healthy! 💪

Today's session will focus on our upper body, arms/shoulders, core and back 💪

Next week will be a full body workout!

All workouts are low impact but HIIT ❤️ with safe and effective exercises to support you ❤️

🏊‍♀️Sunday Mum Swim Club 🏊‍♀️

Come and join us for a dip every Sunday at the bottom of Alum Chine at 10am, as we prepare for the pier to pier swim in June for the ❤️

Partners, children, and dogs welcome, and we usually go for a coffee after too ☕️

🐣 An Easter egg hunt with an exercise twist!
