Starting next Monday the 8th of November @ 7pm till 8.30pm I am starting the first 5 week boxing beginner course.

The price is £55 payable by cash or transfer.

This course will be perfect for anyone trying boxing for the first time or perhaps if you want to go over all the basics again.

it will be a non contact based class where you will be working on technique, balance, breath work, and fitness.

More Intermediate and advanced classes to come 👍🥊

🥊NEW WOMEN'S BOOTCAMP🥊

After a great first summer outside at bootcamp we are back !

We are running a women's only bootcamp, which will consist of H.I.T workouts, bag work, pads,technique,corework and stretching. This will be run from Cnc boxing gym.

The classes will be running on;

Monday: 7pm
Wednesday: 9.30am
Saturday: 9am

The session will be £6 each and the first class will be starting on the monday 20th of September.
