I've been a Personal Trainer for 10 years now and held back on starting a business profile for a while as I wanted to ensure I was offering something useful to others, not just copying and pasting motivational quotes etc. In essence I want this page to be an extension of how I go about my job and reflect my personality too. I have a massive passion for exercise and training, but I am also a realis

t and a down-to-earth person. Yes I like to push people and myself too but I also am honest about living life. Everyone is different and Trainers will have varying ethos upon how they approach their job but mine is pretty straightforward....if I've gone away for the weekend and had a 'merry old time' I'll be straight up about it, if I have enjoyed the fine work of the chefs at Domino's Pizza, similarly I'll be honest and say it was a fantastic meal :-)!! However I do also train myself and my clients hard and take their goals and aspirations seriously. In summary I'm a 3 dimensional human being with a passion for what I do!! This page is designed to promote my Personal Training Business both in and out of the gym...whilst also offering some serious and light hearted comments along with tips and advice on training, exercise and diet in general.

Excellent work from all involved in Buggy Bootcamp on 6th August πŸ’ͺ🏼!!Session III was a notch-higher on the toughness scale....I appreciate the sterling efforts of Morwenna Hawkins, SinΓ©ad Greenwood, Susan Nel ,and Gill plus a visitor Manuela all the way from Belgium πŸ‡§πŸ‡ͺ who made the journey especially (false; she was just visiting πŸ˜‚)!!
Learned a few new things in this session; babies eyes stay blue for 6months plus a baby can sleep and drink simultaneously as the picture below displays πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘πŸΌ!!

Calling all students (16-18yrs)!!
Do you ever feel like you want direction and focus in the gym??Whether training for a sport,general fitness or personal goals I can help push you and also structure a program for you to follow so you can maximise your time in the gym. I have made a package for 2-3 people training together to reduce the cost for younger individuals: these slots are between 11am and 5pm.
