AIM is 60kg but may stop sooner if I don’t like the look. Weights are always an indicator for me, it’s what I see that matters the most - as I teach all my girls 😘

Just a bit about my services as a coach at Charlotte Stevens GIRL POWER with 10 years experience in this industry- I consider myself as an expert in this field with nearly 1000 transformations behind me- god that makes me feel old 🤣

To me this isn’t work as it’s so rewarding to see people grow with confidence- and knowing that people put their trust in me to help them reach their goals is by the best reward I could ask for.

We aren’t just a gym- we are so much more- we are a FAMILY and everyone is welcome in our family!
