Bags of Fun Fitness

Bags of Fun Fitness Each class is for all 8-13 year olds.

Children's fun fitness classes, exercises, and energetic activities in Bottesford/Yaddlethorpe and Kirton-in-Lindsey, North Lincolnshire.Children's parties also available. They will start with a warm up, such as with the ‘Funky Bean’, and finish with a cool down (you may even get to throw bean bags at your leader!) In the main part, there will be loads of energetic moves and fun exercises such as the ‘Gorilla’ and ‘Super Bean’, to help you have a fantastic time.
