Assistant Greenkeeper
Bothwell Castle Golf Club is a private members club with a well-established and mature parkland course, situated just outside Glasgow.
The club is looking to recruit a full-time Assistant Greenkeeper to join our enthusiastic and experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a thriving club within a friendly greens team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum SVQ Level 2 Greenkeeping/Sportsturf maintenance
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a golf course environment
• PA1 and PA6 Spraying Certificates
• Chainsaw certificates, desirable but not essential
Key attributes:
• An enthusiastic, motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good time management and communication skills
• Ability to work to the highest standard with attention to detail
• Flexible and willing to work as part of a team and motivation to work effectively unsupervised
• Display a professional attitude, appearance and actions
